Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist

I am a licensed and board certified professional counselor and transformational coach. For over 13 years I have helped my clients heal and transform their inner pain, achieve their goals, and enhance their overall well-being.

I have been trained in EMDR, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Emotional Freedom Technique (aka tapping), Integrative Nutrition for mental health, Somatics, Parts work, Polyvagal Theory, Breath Coaching, and others, as well as yoga, Reiki, and Tibetan sound healing.

I love to learn and add new tools to my ‘healing helper toolbox’ so that I can best meet the need(s) and goal(s) of each individual client, as well as teach and pass my tools along. :)

I take my job as your support person very seriously. I am committed to establishing rapport and a relationship founded in trust and safety. I listen. I validate. I believe in you. I encourage you. You are unique and special and there is no one else like YOU in the world. I'd be honored to accompany you as you dive deep and emerge as the you who has been in there all along.

MY APPROACH

My healing approach is unique, integrative, and holistic. I support the entirety of a person - mind, body, heart, and soul - through evidence-based, practical, transformative, and spiritual approaches. My goal is to support you as you heal your past, become more connected in the present, and to equip you with greater self understanding, tools, and resources to gracefully live your life going forward.

I am known for my genuine, compassionate, and uplifting approach.

MORE ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Boulder County, Colorado.  I received my B.A. in International Business from the University of Puget Sound, and a Master of Education and a Master of Counseling both from Regis University. Throughout my years as a counselor I have been honored to work with individuals ages 3-96, and have helped countless individuals transform and overcome their hardships.

Outside the counseling profession, I have the pleasure of enjoying life with my husband, son, daughter, and dog. Music, sports, play time, and self-care are constants! I am also known to love gemstones, sunny days, animal print, books, tennis, manatees, and paper goods. :)

I'd love to connect with you. You can get in touch with me by scheduling a time to talk here. I look forward to hearing from you!

About Kintsugi Integrative Wellness

Kintsugi Integrative Wellness is dedicated to your healing and well-being.

I am passionate about helping people feel better and live better, and I work toward this goal each time I am with a client. I believe that using an integrative approach to healing, tailored to the uniqueness of each client, is paramount to achieving this goal.

My mission at Kintsugi Integrative Wellness is to help facilitate healing and growth from the inside out and support clients as they make real, positive, lasting changes in their livesI am honored to be a safe place for people to speak their truth, release their invisible hurts, and equip people with resources to be the empowered and resilient souls that they are.

Kintsugi, meaning 'golden seam', has evolved into a metaphor for life. Originally a technique for mending broken ceramics, it has been adapted as a way to represent the joining of our imperfections, flaws, and hardships. To me, the concept of Kintsugi is a representation of the tenderness of life and the importance of healing and resilience.
