Brainspotting performance Coaching intensive

When talent isn’t the problem, an intensive is the answer.

You know how to train.

You know how to prepare.

You know what you’re capable of…

But somewhere between your potential and your performance, something keeps getting in the way.

Maybe it’s overthinking. Pressure. Fear of failure or getting hurt. Self-doubt. Perfectionism. A body that tightens under stress. A nervous system that won’t fully settle. Or the frustrating experience of performing well in practice but not being able to access that same freedom when it matters most.

Performance challenges are rarely just “mental.” They’re often nervous system patterns stored deeply in the brain and body.

Performance Brainspotting helps access and process those patterns at the level where they actually live—so you can perform with greater clarity, confidence, regulation, and trust in yourself.

This intensive is designed for athletes - teens and adults - who want focused, accelerated support for getting unstuck and accessing their next level.

Do any of these sound like you?

  • “I know I can do this, but my body freezes.”

  • “I suddenly lose confidence.”

  • “I can’t stop overthinking.”

  • “I tighten up when the pressure is on.”

  • “I perform differently in competition than in practice.”

If so, you’re not alone ….

Currently you’re dealing with…

  • Performance anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • Fear of failure or fear of success

  • Overthinking and mental loops

  • Perfectionism and pressure

  • Confidence struggles

  • Inconsistency in performance

  • Injury recovery and return-to-play fears

  • Difficulty accessing flow states

  • Stress-related physical tension and shutdown“I know I can do this, but my body freezes.”

And you’re ready to experience…

  • Greater calm under pressure

  • Improved focus and concentration

  • Increased confidence and trust

  • More emotional flexibility

  • Better recovery from mistakes

  • Greater access to flow and creativity

  • Less physical tension and bracing

  • More consistency in performance

This work is not about “fixing” you.

It’s about helping your brain and body become less consumed by survival and more available for performance, creativity, presence, and connection.

How we’ll work together

Together, we can explore what’s getting in the way of your performance—and what becomes possible when your nervous system no longer has to stay stuck in protection and survival.

A Brainspotting Performance Intensive is an extended, focused experience designed to help you work through blocks and strengthen the nervous system capacities needed for high-level performance.

Brainspotting works with the brain-body connection and the deeper nervous system patterns that traditional mindset work often can’t fully reach.

Many high performers already understand what they “should” do mentally. The challenge is that under pressure, the nervous system can override logic.

Unlike traditional weekly sessions, intensives allow us to go deeper without interruption—creating more space for insight, processing, integration, and meaningful shifts. Throughout the intensive, bilateral music may also be incorporated to support deeper processing and regulation, helping the brain and nervous system access, integrate, and work through experiences in a way that often feels grounding.

Whether you’re an athlete in an individual sport or part of a team, performance is shaped not only by training and mindset, but also by the deeper experiences your system carries—because both obvious and subtle traumas, pressures, disappointments, injuries, fears, and relational experiences can live beneath conscious awareness and quietly influence confidence, focus, consistency, and performance until they are finally addressed at the brain-body level.

Whether you play soccer, tennis, football, softball, volleyball, baseball, lacrosse, you run track, you swim, bike, climb, or run long distances, an intensive like may be just the thing you need.

Brainspotting helps access the subcortical brain—the deeper brain regions involved in stress, emotion, survival responses, and procedural memory—so the system can begin to process and reorganize what’s getting in the way.

Step out of survival mode and into a more grounded, connected way of performing.

With the right support, you can:

  • Understand how stress and stored survival patterns impact confidence, focus, consistency, and performance.

  • Process the fear, pressure, perfectionism, or self-doubt that may be interfering with your natural abilities.

  • Learn to quiet the mental noise that keeps you overthinking, second-guessing, or tightening under pressure.

  • Build a more regulated nervous system so your body and mind can work with you instead of against you.

  • Reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel creative, instinctive, expressive, and fully present.

  • Develop greater resilience so setbacks, mistakes, or high-pressure moments no longer completely derail you.

  • Access more freedom, trust, and flow—so performance begins to feel less like survival and more like authentic expression.
